Meet Harvey. He just turned 6.
He has some special needs and some delays, including a moderate mental delay, delays with his psychological development, and a speech disorder. He would need the intervention, love and resources of a loving parent who can help him improve with these challenges.
Harvey is calm and does not show any aggression or anxiety. He likes to interact with adults and likes to play with his toys.
He will benefit from being placed in a family and raised in a harmonious environment where he can receive be given the help he needs to overcome his earlier challenges in life.
