He has some suspected special needs including a moderate mental delay and some behavioral issues which he currently receives treatment for.
Paul’s gross motor skills are well developed. He is able to walk independently adn climb up and down the stairs.
He will strongly benefit from being placed in a family and raised in a harmonious environment where he would receive individual care to stimulate his progress and self service skills.
