Serbian Adoption Contract

We are pleased to let you know that you’ve been formally accepted into our Serbian Adoption Program!

Next step is the contract – which we will sign together.  It is below.  The contract is on the same platform as the application – through Formsite. 

You can use your account (if you created one) to navigate back and forth through it.  Putting your initials down on each page does NOT turn it to us – it only gets turned it at the very end when you sign and press “submit”.

When you submit it, you’ll get redirected to a page where you can use PayPal to select your preferred payment plan.  

We will email you a copy – signed by us – for your records.
