Your Marriage Certificate is from TN.
It has to go to TN Secretary of State.

Filing fee $2.00 for each Apostille.
Make sure to have a tracking number, and also a return envelope for the State to return your documents. Otherwise they’ll put it in first class mail, and we don’t want that. :)

Order 4 Certified Copies of Marriage Certificate

Please order 4 certified copies of your birth certificate total. 4 is overshooting it, but it is better to have one extra on hand. 2 of these will go with your dossier. One will go for USCIS (even though they don’t require a certified copy).

Once you receive the apostilled marriage certificates from the TN Secretary of State, please mail them to us along with all other documents, at once. (please don’t mail documents to us individually, but rather when the entire dossier is complete).
What To Do With Birth Certificates?
Good news! Your birth certificates DO NOT need to be apostilled. They still need to be included in your dossier, just don’t need an apostille. Please include 2 certified originals in each set of your dossier. (Your dossier is in 2 sets).

Mail 2 certified copies to our office in Charlotte, via snailmail, physcially to our office, along with other dossier documents. Mail all documents for the dossier ALL at ONCE. Please do not mail them separately. (other then your doctor’s office mailing the medical form to our office).
