Your marriage certificate is from Indiana.
You would send that along with the other documents to IN Secretary of State as listed in the earlier instructions here.
***However, for your MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE, it would need to be signed by the current clerk of courts in the county of which your marriage took place. For your adoption, you need 2 originals apostilled.
***To confirm the current clerk of each county visit https://www.in.gov/judiciary/files/court-directory.pdf . Once the correct version is obtained, an apostille or authentication can be granted.
Please use a pre-paid envelope with a tracking number for the return mail.
You can call the IN Secy of State to verify that the address and the fees are the same. Ask them if they have a preferred mail courier for the return mail. Ask if anything is different due to Covid?

For any divorces, the divorce certificates need to be presented with the adoption dossier. Only photocopies of all previous divorce certificates/degrees are required. No apostilles. Just copies of each one.
