Since 2001, Saint Mary International Adoptions has been located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

We love to serve our clients with adoptions  from Bulgaria, Serbia and Poland (On hold currently).  We also facilitate waiting child adoptions and advocate for Down Syndrome adoptions.  Our clients can be residents of North Carolina, or any other state.

We are licensed and accredited to provide our adoption services in all 50 states.  We can also provide services to US citizens temporarily residing abroad.

For North Carolina residents, we can help with home study services as well.

Since 2001, our mission is to serve through international adoption.

Our prayer is that the orphans placed with believers will be told about who Jesus Christ is, and that He died and rose again for our sins.
