**Update – July 17th, 2017 | Charlotte, NC**

A very exciting update to this story is that Brooke (Karolina’s mom) was able to exceed her goal for her grant, “KISSES FROM KAROLINA” – which raised $2,500.

You can read the story in more detail below, but in short, Brooke and her husband adopted their daughter, Karolina, from Poland nearly 6 years ago.  For Karolina’s 7th brithday, which was on June 30th, Brooke wanted to raise money to help another family with the cost of adoption.

The video below shows the moment Brooke tells Kelly and Brian that they had been chosen recepients of the “KISSES FROM KAROLINA” grant – worth $2,500.

From the staff at Saint Mary International Adoptions:

To God be the glory for every child adopted.  We’re humbled to have been able to help Brooke with the desire God put on her heart to fight for Polish orphans find loving parents.

Thank you, Brooke!

Brian and Kelly, congrants!  We look forward to serving you with your Polish adoption.

May 4th – Charlotte, North Carolina.

Today, May 4th, 2017 is National Day of prayer.  Therefore, we thought it is the perfect day to share this incredible adoption story from Poland.

In the video above, shared on EWTN’s youtube channel, is one of Saint Mary’s adoptive families who adopted their daughter from Poland back in 2011.

Their adoption story is truly inspiring.  As you’ll see in the video, they felt that God’s presence was with them every step of the way. In 2011, they brought home their daughter, Karolina from Poland.  At the time, no one had any idea about her special needs.

Sometimes, it is not all about us.  When we trust in Him, we see life through his eyes, and the beauty that He crated which is different than ours.  It is about having the faith to show the obedience so that His plan can be carried out through us.

Brooke puts it this way: “Although it was unexpected for us, her life has been a powerful gift and we love her more than words can describe.  It was God’s will that you connected us with our precious daughter.  I could never thank you enough“.

Brooke, actually it is us that cannot thank you enough!  You see, you and your family are very much an answered prayer for us.

With all our hearts, we want to serve God with the work that we do in this agency.  We know, by faith, that He lead you to our agency and to His plan for your family.

Our prayer today is that He lets us serve many more families who are strong in their faith – like you.

Isaiah 55:8-9

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord.  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and thoughts than your thoughts.
